Successfully raised over $10,000,000 in mortgaged backed bonds for the development and construction for various real estate development housing projects including single family subdivision and multifamily housing projects. Duties included securing and analyzing market study reports and appraisals and overseeing certain aspects of construction.
Served as financial adviser to secure approximately $10,000,000 in church financing in Jackson, MS. Duties included securing construction financing and monitoring construction.
Secured over $25,000,000 mortgaged backed bonds in government guarantees for real estate development housing projects both single-family and multifamily.
Successfully led the company to become a publicly traded company whose stock was listed and traded in the over the counter stock market.
Secured as financial adviser to Value Health Care LLC, Jackson, MS. Secured $18,500,000 in tax exempt bond issuance of
unenhanced real estate debt capital and $7,000,000 in equity from the syndication and sale of Low-Income Housing Tax Credits for a 250-bed assisted living facility in Greenville MS. Duties included securing and analyzing market study reports and appraisals and overseeing certain aspects of construction.

Successfully raised over $6,000,000 in equity and debt capital for the development of the 52-unit James E. Taper apartment complex in Lambert, Quitman County MS. Duties included obtaining market studies and appraisals as well as manage the day to day construction activities from the ground up.
Successfully raised $1,500,000 in equity and debt capital for the development of the 26-unit West Lambert apartment complex, Lambert, MS. Duties included obtaining market studies and appraisals as well as manage the day to day construction activities from the ground up.
Led Three Rivers Housing and Development, a 501 (c) 3
Non-profit corporation in securing funding in excess of $5,000,000 for the development of a 60-unit apartment complex in Itta Bena, MS
Served as Financial Advisor to non-profit corporations and municipalities seeking housing and economic development in their communities.
1990-1991 Chief Financial Officer, Big River Housing and Development Corporation (501c-3 nonprofit corporation).
Successfully help secured a $750,000 grant funds from the Eli Lilly Foundation to fund this organization. Secured an affordable housing loan from the Federal Home Bank of Dallas and a Federal HOME Grant from the Mississippi Development Authority.

Catherine Towne Coleman, Partner
Catherine is an Entrepreneur, Business Owner, Author, Motivational Speaker, Adept Investor, Educator and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
Presently, she is the owner of Wisdom Counseling Firm LLC. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, she provides Tele-Therapy through the National Mental Health Platforms of BetterHelp and Psychology Today.
She retired as Vice President for Student Affairs at East Arkansas Community College, where she served since the inception of the college. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education-English at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, and her Master of Science degree in Counseling at Arkansas State University. She graduated from the Kellogg Fellows’ Program. She earned additional hours in Higher Education Administration from the University of Memphis and the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

Business Ventures: Owner of Wisdom Counseling Firm LLC; President of HavenStreet Community Services; Cee Cee’s Boutique and Coleman’s Rental Properties in Forrest City Arkansas. Produced a “Business is Good” videotape in conjunction with Senator Dale Bumpers’ office, and Channel 7 in Little Rock, Arkansas. The video tapes were placed in libraries across the state of Arkansas to make Arkansans aware of business opportunities as a career. The project was funded by the Rockefeller Foundation. Directed the Minority Business Enterprise Project, which was Co-sponsored by the American Association of Community Colleges and the United States Department of Commerce. Her Entrepreneur’s Fair gained national recognition. As a result, she was invited to Dallas, TX to present the Entrepreneurs Fair’s program as a model project for their Small Business Development Center.
She also managed her parents’ grocery store, Towne’s Grocery, and later established “Cosmopolitan Business Alliance LLC”.
She served as director of the FARMY Project (Future resources for minority youth). This project was sponsored by the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff in conjunction with their MANRRS program. The project developed afterschool programs in three high school in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. This project was funded by the Monsanto Corporation in St. Louis, Missouri.

Michael Coleman is a retired Lieutenant in Internal Affairs with the Irving Police Department and is presently a Criminal Investigator with Collin County District Attorney’s office in McKinney, TX.
